Md. Mursalinosihao

I'm a pretty typical person who prefers my own company and spends a lot of time gaming.

If only our voices at night could reach the farthest edge of the world and time, instead of fading into air and dust…

Who I am
Md. Mursalin (osihao) · Bangladesh

Hey, I'm Mursalin, though most people call me osihao. I'm a quiet person who enjoys having my own space, but I care deeply about the things that matter to me.

I spend most of my days writing server-side software and exploring ideas in programming. I enjoy coding, especially when it comes to building clean and useful systems that solve real problems.

Outside of programming, I like to relax with music, games, and manga. I also enjoy gardening, which gives me a refreshing balance away from screens.

My native language is Bengali. I can also speak Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic, and lately I've been learning Chinese and Japanese out of curiosity and an interest in different cultures.

Backend Developer
Full-time · Server-side Engineering

Most of my time is spent working on backend systems. I enjoy building the parts of applications that run behind the scenes - designing APIs, working with databases, and writing the logic that keeps everything running smoothly.

I care about clean architecture, clear code, and systems that are reliable and scalable. My focus is on building things that work well in real use and continue to perform under pressure.

Side work & personal interests
Reverse Engineering
Analyzing and understanding how software works under the hood — dissecting binaries, inspecting network traffic, and figuring out undocumented behavior.
Game & App Modding
Modifying games and apps to add features, change behavior, or just explore what's possible. It's where reverse engineering and creativity meet.
Dynamic Analysis
Analyzing how software behaves during execution — observing runtime behavior, tracing processes, and understanding how systems respond under different conditions.

I take on a limited number of freelance projects across development and design — end-to-end, A to Z, from first sketch to final deployment. Here's what I offer, in plain terms.

Discord Bot Development
Custom bots, built & hosted end-to-end
A—Z

If you run a Discord server and wish it could do more — welcome new members automatically, hand out roles, run giveaways, track an economy, or just play music — I build that bot for you from a blank file. Not a template you configure yourself; actual custom code written around what your server needs.

I also handle the unglamorous part most people get stuck on: getting the bot online 24/7 without it going offline when your computer's off. That means proper hosting, a database if the bot needs to remember things, and a bot that keeps running quietly in the background.

Great for: gaming communities, Discord servers, small businesses, content creators, study/hobby groups
  • Moderation & auto-mod — auto-delete spam/links, warn & timeout systems, logging
  • Economy & leveling — virtual currency, XP/rank systems, leaderboards, shops
  • Giveaways & events — timed giveaways, entry requirements, winner picking
  • Music & voice tools — queue-based music playback, voice-channel utilities
  • Custom commands & buttons — slash commands, dropdowns, interactive menus
  • Hosting & setup — 24/7 uptime, database, and a walkthrough of how to manage it

Website Development
From landing pages to full web apps
A—Z

Whether you need a single polished page or a full web application with logins and a database behind it, I build it from the ground up — no drag-and-drop builders, no page-speed-killing bloat. Just a site that's fast, looks the way you want, and actually works the way you expect on phones as much as desktops.

I write both the part people see (the frontend) and the part that runs behind the scenes (the backend) — so if your site needs to save data, send emails, process forms, or talk to another service, that's all part of the build, not an afterthought.

Great for: freelancers, small businesses, startups, personal brands, portfolio sites
  • Portfolio & personal sites — to showcase your work or yourself online
  • Business & landing pages — built to explain your offer and convert visitors
  • Full web apps & dashboards — logins, user accounts, admin panels
  • Backend & API integration — payments, forms, third-party services
  • Mobile-responsive design — looks and works right on any screen size
  • Deployment & domain setup — I take it live, not just hand you code

UI/UX & Graphic Design
Visual identity, start to finish
A—Z

Before anything gets built, it needs to be designed — how it looks, how it feels to use, and whether someone can figure it out without instructions. I design interfaces and visual identities so that the finished product doesn't just work, it looks like it was made on purpose.

This covers the big picture (an app's full layout, a brand's whole look) and the small details too — the icon set, the color palette, the little graphics that make something feel finished instead of thrown together.

Great for: Discord servers, apps needing a UI refresh, new brands, creators, businesses
  • Website & app UI/UX — laid out clearly, designed to be easy to use
  • Logo & brand identity — a look that's consistent and recognizable
  • Discord server branding — banners, role icons, emojis, server layout
  • Social media graphics — banners, thumbnails, post templates
  • Design systems — a reusable style guide so future updates stay consistent

Automation & Scripting
Reverse engineering-backed tooling
A—Z

If there's a task you or your team does by hand, over and over, there's a decent chance it can be automated — a script that does it in seconds instead of your afternoon. I write small, focused tools that take repetitive work off your plate.

Where this gets harder — and where my reverse-engineering background actually helps — is when two systems need to talk but there's no official way to connect them: no documented API, no public integration. I dig into how something works and build a bridge anyway.

Great for: repetitive manual tasks, data collection, connecting disconnected tools
  • Workflow automation — turn a repetitive manual task into one command
  • Data scraping & processing — pull, clean, and organize data automatically
  • Third-party integrations — connect apps and services that don't talk natively
  • Undocumented format analysis — figuring out how something works when there's no manual

How I Work

No confusing back-and-forth — a straightforward process from first message to finished product.

01
Discuss
We talk through what you actually need — no jargon required. I ask questions until the goal is clear.
02
Plan
I map out the features, structure, and a realistic timeline before writing a single line of code.
03
Build
I develop it, test it against edge cases, and refine it until it works exactly as intended.
04
Deliver
You get the finished, working product — deployed and ready — plus a plain-language walkthrough of how it works.
Have a project in mind?
Reach out and let's talk about what you're building.

Minecraft

I spend most of my time in Minecraft. I enjoy playing solo on survival servers and specialize in building. I'm not really a fan of PvP.
